The site is located at the northeast corner of Boeckman Road and 95th Avenue on
Tax Lot 900, Section 11D, T3S-R1W, Clackamas County, Oregon. Staff is

Development. .Applicant requests approval of the following:
1. DB07-0087: Preliminary Development Plan -1 North (PDP 1-N)
2. DB07-0088: Tentative Plat (144 lots)
3. DB07-0089: Zone Change (EFU and PF to V)
4. DB07-0090: Final Development Plan (FDP 1-N)
5. DB08-0004: Type C Tree Removal Plan for 9 trees
The site is located in the western portion of Villebois Village, east of SW Grahams Ferry
Road, north of PDP5-S and west of SAP Central, on Tax Lots 2996, 2906, 2908, Section
15, T3S-R1W, Clackamas County, Oregon.
Item 3 above will be a recommendation to City Council. The City Council hearing date is
scheduled for May 5, 2008. Approval of items 1, 2, 4, and 5 are contingent upon Council’s
approval of Item 3.
